The Vega database is the name used for the database structure we use to hold high-resolution time series data for GLEON.  Vega holds hundreds of millions of sensor records from GLEON lakes.

The database has two levels of QA/QC, level zero and level one.  Level zero holds raw data, and level one holds basic range-checked data.

There are tools available to GLEON members to stream their data into Vega (Ziggy Stardust), retrieve their data (VADER), and administer their particular sites (Vega Admin Page).
